- Your shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at care@naiianbeauty.sg and we will do our best to help.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order from your NAIIAN Beauty account.
- Customs duties and taxes: Shipping rates do not include customs duties or import taxes. Any duties or taxes charged by your country are borne by the customer and may be collected by the courier before delivery.
- Customs delays: International delivery times may vary due to customs checks and procedures in your country.
- Delivery address: Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. We are unable to be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
